Once your order is placed, MIRS team will start working, so you can enjoy it as soon as possible.

Spain, Andorra and Portugal

Delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days.

Rest of Europe

Delivery time is between 4 and 6 working days.

Changes and returns

From the day you receive your order, you have 7 days to exchange or return your item, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

Please note that during sale periods, we do not offer refunds. Items purchased on sale can only be exchanged.

How to proceed for a return or change?

Please email us at mirs.pjs@gmail.com and include your order number, as well as whether you’d like a replacement product or a refund.

Unfortunately, we’re a small business, so you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs: €4.99 within Spain and €5.99 for the rest of Europe.

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a return label, which you’ll need to print and attach to your package. We’ll also let you know where to drop it off.
